Default Bike rental Manchester area?

Well, pretty much as expected I'm starting to get itchy feet and want to get on a bike again. I've decided that the best way to put this to bed might be to rent a bike for 24hours and go for a nice ride. That will do one of two things, it will placate me for another few months or I will put a deposit down on a bike within the week. Hopefully the first as I can't afford a bike and car right now and need the car.

Anyway, my local Honda dealer in Manchester (Hunts) do pretty good deals on rental but I'm fairly restricted by my age (23) and my experience (<2 years).

Has anyone else done this and know somewhere worth recomending? Has to be local to manchester or do delivery.

Anyone got any better ideas or want to lend me theirs for the weekend?

Thank you please

Anything really just to get the feeling back. Something with a bit of poke but doesn't have to be exotic or anything.

George White's in Swindon do rentals and insist on delivery to your home address.

They use a company in Liverpool.
