Hi all
I have just passed my test and bought my first bike. A k8 in Anthrecite. Im going to purchase the mirror extenders but want to know how easy they are to install. do you have to remove the inner black plastic bit of the fairing or is all the work done from the outside. Cheers J |

Remove 2 x bolts that hold each mirror on, put on mirror extenders, re-attach mirrors.

Yes , the mirrors have not changed shape from the K3 onwards .

Chewy supplies the longer bolts as well in the Spacer kits , good tip for installing these is to loosen the arm of the mirror first , the bolt underneath . That way you can swing the stem out of the way to tighten the 2 Cap-Head bolts up without faffery .
