Default oil - contaminated?

i had to remove the clutch casing to change my water pump. Since I've put it back together the oil seems slightly milky, not as clear as after a normal oil change. I may have got some coolant mixed in with the oil when the clutch cover was off.

Is this an instant - "change your oil -now!"- or is it not a biggie!?

real novice question I know, but.............

depends how bad it is but the price between oil and a wrecked engine is a no brainer
