I am 62% thinking, 33% perceiving, 12% intuitive and 11% introverted.
Have a feeling that people who know me would agree with the comments about that, especially the "extremely pedantic" part! |

ISTJ Introverted 56 Sensing 12 Thinking 50 Judging 22 Not really sure what it means. The career selector for my personality is very interesting... I'm in the completely wrong career but trying to get in the right one. Having just read the second link there is quite alot of accuracy there... Very interesting.

I think Belbin is more useful in the workplace, and enneagram a better descriptor than MB.
I'm INTJ for what it's worth.
