Default weatherproofing the electrics

How do all

Got a wee bit of a issue with wet electrics, and am after way to keep them dry.
What happened last nite was a finished work went to turn the bike over, starter fine, dash no problems showing, then hit the starter and it wouldn't turn over.

The starter span and was trying its dammedest to get the bike going and nothing.
Eventually got it to go with a booster pack from the recovery service on the 3rd attempt.

Any suggestions. All abuse will be tolerated with this one as I won't be up to speed on this 1 till tomorrow

the lone wolf, was expecting that to be the solution.

YC i hope not, as it'll mean the reg/rect f*cked as the battery is only 4 month old

To add a bit more flesh to the situ, this is the first time this has happened like this with the other time being it firing on 1 cylinder and me hitting the kill switch

Yeah, and down here mate. This weather sucks, one minute it's a heatwave, next we're in a kind of Autumn/Winter mix.

think about how booster pack works, that would not help if wiring was wet caused shorting out.

Due to it's aquatic phobia, Vaseline now makes up approximately 25% of my KTM by mass...
