You'll have to pass the initiation first.

Hello & welcome.

Ignore some of the members on here! DP is talking Ballacks. I was up North for a couple of years, & they all keep their bikes in the garage over winter. SOFTIES!!!

Oh well, must go & knit one pearl one

Cheers.

Hello!!

I used to have a "Cringer" in my He-Man toys when I was little!!! How funny!!

There are some of us with SV's still.....some even sell their SV's, buy something else, then eventually get another SV!!

I wise choice of bike!

Yes indeed Mr Preston does talk ballacks. The amount of ballacks being directly proportional to the amount of falling over water ingested.

Yes we do keep our bikes indoors over winter as Suzuki has yet to devise a method to attach skis to the sides and spiked tyres are illegal in the UK.

You damm shandy drinking southerners with your tropical climates wouldn't understand.

Ice is formed from frozen water, water being the stuff that doesn't come out of your drought ridden taps as it has leaked through the holes in your pipes. We get plenty of it. You know we even put ice in our Pimms on the annual sunny day.

Snow. Another form of cold water.

Water being what your pathetic excuse for beer tastes like. However yours has been filtered through at least 5 other people before you get to drink it.

Cold, that being when the temperature round here gets uncomfortable. usually around -20 on the Celcius scale, I know you southerners tend to complain when the temperature gets down to about 30 degrees and you have to knit another wooly jumper and matching hat/scarf.
