Yeah it was, the one thing I hate about the net/forums is there is no way to tell.

Still find it slightly annoying though.

Why didnt you just PM him and tell you were bidding and he could have deleted his link ?

I woundnt have been pleased either if i was in process of getting it at a good price then everyone and his mother started bidding because of a link posted on here.
But the OP wasnt to know was he? hence a PM would have sorted that i think.
