Default recommended chain tension?

Hi, I have not got a manual yet, so could anyone tell me what the recommended chain tension should be? Is it right that you should adjust the chain on the side stand?

Mine looks a bit loose so I want to tighten it up, then get it onto the paddock stands and get the chain cleaned and oiled up while I am at it..

Thank you muchly!

(well I say 'I am doing, ' - I am doing it under supervision lol, im not very mechanical)

Sorry to bump this, was just checking my chain tension and looked up the slack on here. I hope no-one has tried to use the rear axle torque in lbft in the the manual page above - they missed the decimal point out of 725 lbft !!
