Quiff heads north to Scotland..

So..

Looking forward to going to Scotland

all ready on the Thursday afternoon and waiting on the arrival of Matt Sv and Anita after their long trip up from Southampton..

a relax in the garden -pub for tea.. a relax in the garden and then early to bed.




Monty - aware something is goin on and getting grumpier and grumpier..





matt arrived - parked the bike and I put mine next to his.. then realised with the panniers on I couldnt get out !!

a great week awaits..

uneventful run up the motorway and stop at nice services with a pond..and ducks.. very relaxing.



wizzed up the old road then that runs alongside the motoway oh wow what a road.. and a jet fighter screamed overhead - that was brilliant..

before we knew it we were through Glasgow way and at paisley .. stopped at Mcdonalds and there was a wedding reception in Mcdonalds I kid you not..




chilled out for half an hour on the grass verge watching the clever seagulls bang on the bin top till one could get in and rip the bags of maccy D's out.. then they ripped it apart.. (left the gherkin)

and before we knew it - we were there at Beinglass.. about a 7 hour journey and felt like 5 mins.. was good practice for riding through France with Matt in september.





matt said he could'nt wait for the craic..

loveerrly comfy lodge B and B - reccomended..

just nice to shower and get a beer and chill out and watch everyone arrive..

I have sooo many pics and we went so many places- wonderful places I will have to load them up in sections.. lovely looking through them and thinking of the memories.. ..

quick walk down the site over the river and on to the Drovers.. for Haggis and beers.

The Skye boys arrived with their R1's and Ducatis and Tuonos.. ... dont they pay tax on Skye?

the evening was ace- good company good food. beer and fun.. and DOGS .. so I went to bed early .. (no offence Murphy ) .. and then got woken up by the couple next door ooo ing and aaahhing and rocking the bed..
