Hit an oil spill on a roundabout at 40mph last week. Instant wipeout onto right hand side of the bike. not a scratch on bodywork or paint but front and rear brakes need replacing (£30 each as far as i can see)
But having trouble sourcing the exauhst bracket/rear RH footpeg (one piece of aluminium). Its a naked 02 model, i can find plenty 03+ brackets but they look very different. might consider buying a whole new exauhst kit if it will solve the bracket/footpeg problem and make ma baby sound better ![]() anyone know any solutions cos i want back on the road b4 the winter stops me ![]() |

Scrappyracer is breaking a faired model, see the for sale section. I don't know if the footpeg brackets are different but it may be worth checking out?

Glad to be of assistance mate. Scrappyracer gave his ebay id, you can do an advanced search for items for sale for a particular ebayer.
The link below may also be of use to you. It details all sv650 parts by number but at the bottom there is a reverse look up link. You can put your sv part code in and it will tell you if that part is the same as any other models. I got a chromed Bandit headlight bowl for mine using this service, pretty cool I reckon? All the best and hope you get all the parts you need asap Nick http://fiche.ronayers.com/Index.cfm/...31/Model/SV650 |
