I am not just talking about liking the later Cradle of Filth stuff here either.

If the Band names Candlemass, Cannibal Corpse, Zyklon, Obituary, Gehenna, Ancient, Poccolus, Judas Iscariot, Marduk, Burzum or Dissection mean anything to you, drop your name here and talk to me folks.

I may need your input!

I am looking for obscure bands of the more extreme end of metal, you know the nasty, visceral, scary stuff that you can't tell your Granny that you listen to, in case she calls the Vicar to exorcise you!

So, if this sounds like your stuff, can you drop some names here for me to look into please?

Also, if you are an ex metal head who wants to get rid of any old albums, also let me know. I am so wishing that I had kept my Old Seventh Angel vinyl now! I am currently able to transfer vinyl to MP3, which although may be heresy, is all for a good cause!

Git me a fair bit of Dark evil stuff already, but knowing that I have gaps that need to be filled is a bit tricky because so few people know of these bands.

I have landed a job where I will have to listen to a lot of death/black/drone/doom metal for the job description and I am slightly out of date. It is only a volluntary job for now, but it could lead somewhere if I am good and can find the obscure, the evil and the nasty. I go live in a week or so with this and have a lot of folks to impress! So am a bit scared...

So far I have heard of a lot of these bands and already have a fair pile of Deicide and some Carcass! It's so cool... Currently blasting out Burzum just to get it all back on track!
