I have had a problem and my laptop has had to be reset. Unfortunately I have recently put quite a bit of music into my I Tunes which was not backed up. As it is still on my I Phone and my I Pod, is it possible to transfer from either of these back into my I Tunes ????

Definitely yes, how computer literate are you? See if the following makes any sense:
When my HDD went down I copied the hidden music directories from my ipod back to my computer. These files are all randomly named but the metadata should be intact. Using a program I copied all the files from all the directories to one directory and used mp3tag to convert the mp3 tags to filenames. You can also use mp3tag to arrange all of the file in directories by album/artist etc, the possibilities are almost limitless From their it's a simple case of reimporting the music into itunes and SETTING UP A BACKUP SYSTEM!!!... ![]() If that made no sense I think there are commercial programs that will copy the files for you...

It can be done very easily but involves jail breaking you devices.
if it was me I would do the below but wouldnt advice this unless you go read up on it first. 1.)Jailbreak 2.)Enable SSH 3.)Change SSH Password from Default 3.)USB/WINCP 4.)Drag and Drop files 5.)Disable SSH Sources Below. http://modmyi.com/ http://www.sinfuliphone.com/

You can use iPod -> Folder (Mac/Windows versions available) for this.
There's also a set of fairly simple-looking instructions on Lifehacker but I don't know if they work (the article is five years old).
