Default MSG Racing - Aston Clinton

Just used these guys to tune the SV - holy carp they're good. just over 100 quid for dyno and service - they gave the bike a full shake down too, adjusted everything, tightend every screw, checked every nook and cranny.

I'm staggered. No one has ever offered that level of service anywhere EVER. They specialise in building race bikes and the mechanics are ex-BSB spanner men, so are at the top of their game and it shows too!

How come I've only just heard of them???!!! All that wasted money spent servicing elsewhere with tyre kickers

I also found out that the Suzuki's they build have been winning club championships up and down the country for years which is a confidence booster! Got a rear dragon corsa fitted for £100 too! Fitted!! Cool

They're in aston clinton if anyone's interested.

they're not a sponsored team , they're just 2 mechanics, supporting club racers where they can. Sticker on the side of the van and that's it. They do, however, own a dyno and all the spanners

Personally, i've never been happier with any garage

First off hi all & thanks bonzo for the plug ! We have been involved in racing for many years working at BSB with Dave wood ZX7R & Paul Youngs Grafters squad GSXR1000, ran our own bikes in National Superstock with Dan Hegarty and Jon Howarth on board. Also assisted Ian Mackman & Daz Bellworthy at National superstock, i myself raced mainly with Derby Phoenix and also raced with NG and Emra.
We have had our bikes & supported riders running at MRO, TT, NW200 and this year at the Manx.
When i stopped racing a few years back we offered a racer programme to selected riders which includes, advice, engine and bike preparation, racecraft skills etc. Most succesful year so far was 2009 at Derby Phoenix with Daz Bellworthy winning 2 championships - unbeaten in 1 championship and winning every race bar 1 in the other (well 3rd in the wet was sort of ok i suppose). In the Thunderbike class both on GSXR750 K6 Rob Simcock and Jamie Harrison finished the year 1st & 2nd respectively. We had a minor dabble in minitwins early on but recently gave some support to Jamie Morris on his carby SV !
For 2011 we have young Ash Chivers on a GSXR1000 at TSGB, Lee Wilson GSXR1000 at Derby Phoenix & TSGB & assisting several riders under the racer programme again. Check out Facebook MSG Racing Team / MSG Dyno, Ash Chivers has set up a group page to keep people informed of what goes on. All the best Gavin Reed MSG Racing & Dyno
