I usually just buy the same annual Multi trip travel insurance from Insureandgo.com and usually choose their Platinum Insurance But this time, before I do, can anyone recommend a better Annual multitrip (with dive and snowboard cover) policy?
I've just done a comparision with travelsupermarket.com and it would take the rest of my life to sort the policy comparison out! ![]() Cheers, C Last edited by Berlin; 10-01-11 at 12:44 PM. |

Don't know if it's best or cheapest, but I always use the Post Office. It covers motorcycle holidays, which is something you always have to double check. You can read the policy online.

If you're going to be riding a m/c make sure your policy covers more than just incidental use - and some limit the capacity of bike they'll cover to 125cc
READ YOUR POLICY TERMS CAREFULLY - if it doesn't explicitly mention it you probably won't be covered, like the guy in Morocco who smashed up his bandit and had to pay his hospital bills before they'd release him... Renting a scoot on your hols may be fine, but a riding road trip wouldn't be covered by most policies...

Post Office does cover motorcycles over 125cc as long as you are on roads and not racing - and have the appropriate licence. Just checked as I needed insurance for my return trip to Thailand.

Yup I'd second the Post Office. When I wanted it to cover me for off-roading on big bikes in Spain, they were the cheapest. And I did'nt go for the full year either; just a week or so whenever I needed it

Travelngo for me n snowboarding but if your going to Canada isnt it a bit illegal to go off piste. When I was at Fernie last the whole mountain bar a few exceptions was on piste.
Maybe free travel insurance from your Bank may cover it. |

Just used these, as recommended by Martin Lewis on his money saving expert site. Got the top cover inc snowsports , for annual multi trip for my family (me, the missus, plus our 18 & 17 year old lads) and got £20 via Quidco. Last edited by BigBaddad; 10-01-11 at 07:19 PM. |
