Default Getting Past the Censor

My father presents an occasional Jazz show on some tiny internet "radio" station in Suffolk. I've bet him that he won't play this track on-air.... It's a classic bit of censor evasion....

http://www.archive.org/download/Harr...sPussy1931.mp3

It's a genuine 1931 recording (my father has a copy of it on 7. I'm not sure that I'd class it as entirely work-safe it just depends on how the listeners' mind interprets the meaning of the words, however I wouldn't want anyone having to use that defence at a tribunal....

Internet Radio is a little harder to Police, I have played in my time unedited versions of some pretty hardcore songs by bands such as songs by Cannibal Corpse, Marduk and even the filth merchant K**t and the Gang, including the one that got to Number 66 of the Christmas chart. It is just a case of knowing what you can get away with. I have also played Stephen Lynch, The Amateur Transplants and Kevin Wilson which my boss enjoyed greatly!

Good luck to him though and tell him to play some Cannibal Corpse, they have filthy lyrics that are a little less subtle!

Awwww, you should come into the chat room and say hello, I keep meaning to say hello on air to Org members, I think I did last week, but bug me until I do!

Got some nasty stuff for you this week, about an hour of Death and then our DJ Dr Evil helped me compile a black set based in his idea of brutal. All rather sweet, goes well with a nice cup of tea and a biscuit!
