Default GSXR750 dimensions?

Hi guys/gals,

In a few months time I can't finally start my quest to buy a new bike! Upgrading from the sv to a gixxer750 is very exciting...!

Just one problem, the width... I have to get the bike through my gate and down the alley to where it is kept in the back garden.

Does anyone have one? I Need the exact measurement from bar end to bar end... I hope it will fit! Ill be looking at buying a k6 upwards.

Thanks!

Just to note. When bought mine came with massive bling aftermarket bar ends making it about a 2 inches wider. If worst comes to worst you can get some extremely small bar ends. Although the pegs may be more of an issue than bars...not too sure.

Pegs?! They'd have to be pretty odd to stick out that far!

Wow good website, thank you very much!

Wasnt expecting the sv to be wider than the gsxr however... The width I have is 32 inches so the gsxr will fit easier!

It is a very handy website. I usually just type *bike* specs into google and it's the top result or very near.

The Gsxr will have lower slung clip ons than your SV.

Being that I don't know many 'technical names' on bikes... What exactly are clip ons?
