Default Bodywork website.

Hi all

I found this website while looking for fairing lowers for my curvy.

All the stuff seems to be made from fibreglass by a French Company, they do a few bits for the Pointy but mainly curvy stuff. I particularly like the GSXR stlye fairing they do for the curvy, need headlights modded ut would look awesome.

Here is the link: http://www.twinshack.co.uk/prods/pc18.html

I think TamSV has the retro style rear seat unit from there, if not very similair.
GSXR style fairing does look smart, but not sure about the vents on the front. would be good to see it fitted and painted.

Yep it's the same one.

A couple of things to bear in mind - first, those Twinshack prices don't include VAT, which is a bit poor for what is mainly a retail site.

Secondly, this bodywork is made by the French, repeat, the French. It therefore looks very nice and has a lovely shape etc. Sadly it is quite badly made. "Ready for painting" my ****.

My seat unit isn't quite symmetrical - the undertray was shocking and I had to do some chopping to improve it. The seat doesn't sit quite straight - I see it everytime but no-one else has commented so it's probably just one of those things that I see cause I know it's there.

Use it by all means, just don't expect to take it out the box, paint it and bolt it onto your bike.

Having said all that, I love it. 100% style, shoddy manufacture. Did I mention it's French?

Bit dubious of french engineering, bought a Citroen C4 Grand Picasso on christmas eve since its spent 7 weeks at the garage and its only 3 years old.

Oi I work for a French company, our customers have asked us for the stuff we used to make in the English factories (used). Yes the french shut down our factories or made us produce inferior french designs
