I don't think Great Whites are known for attacking humans though (unless you smear yourself in blood or dead fish or something), would be different if it was a type of shark that loved a munch on a human...

He knows what he's doing.

If you understand the body language of all big predators you can recognise when they are a threat and when they are just doing their "thang".

We've fished with bears in Canada for years and not had a spot of bother. Even the ones that were up for a barney give themselves away, so you can back off.

There's another guy that actually swims with great whites and knows when they are docile and in "hunting" mode.

The great white you see on telly in the local of the big cages are all in "hunting mode" as they've been chummed in with bloody and are there to feed. Its an entirely different situation.

It appears somewhat flawed as he never paddled out using hands n feet that would resemble another animal etc, using a paddle although close is not the same me thinks, still brave enough, I won't be doing that anytime soon.

I agree in full, and as i said in OP, i agree with him 100%, sharks are missunderstood creatures, and i would not expect it to attack him.......but still takes some balls which is what i was getting at!
