i dont suppose anyone will have the diemensions for a manual cam chain tensioner for a curvy sv650?
i just want to see if its really to difficult to make one. ![]() |

If you do a search for "Manual cam chain tensioner" you'll get a few discussions.
Bottom line for me is I'm not a fan of this on a road bike. Simple reason is that people's grudge against the standard part is they sometimes stick. The manual part that "fixes" the problem is, by it's very definition, stuck from the moment you adjust and fit it. And that's a best case scenario assuming you tensioned it correctly yourself when you fitted it ![]() Jambo
