I went to Hein Gerick today and a size 60 RST jacket (biggest in the shop) was way to small, looking at the sizing charts it would appear that they don't really make stuff for people who are 6ft 2"
Can anyone recommend a decent brand of leathers that fit tall people? |

My experience is that anything made in italy seems to be 2 sizes smaller than British sizes , despite what the label says . I`ve had a hard time finding leathers to suit my frame . The main area of contention for me is I can get my legs in and then when I go to lift the leathers over my shoulders they stop too short (One piece) . I ended up wearing Textiles from Rukka which proved to be great for the kind of riding I do anyway , but the point I am getting at is that you need to aim for a manufacturer that is Northern European . I have seen big leathers on some truly massive people so they are out there but never seem to have abrand on them . One maker that I do know that does larger sized stuff is Wolf , but you may have to look on eBay or somewhere for some of their older suits from a couple of years ago . Some made to measure stuff isn`t as expensive as you think , are Crowtree still going ?

Look at Held and Halvarssons kit, they make it for larger sized and taller people

I went to race leathers found a very nice jacket that fit well, however pants are the killer I can't get any that give the enougth room to bend/sit. Waist are fine and legs but the crotch is too tight

I'm 6ft 1 and found an off the peg Furigan race 1 piece to fit me pretty much perfectly. There's a tiny bit too much play round the wrists, but not bad at all. I'll check the sizes tonight if you're interested.
