I have Dragon Supercorsa Pro and they are immense in the dry. I think they're now Diablo Supercorsa.

Be warned though, they take a bit of time to get warm and if it's damp or wet they are a bit twitchy if they're cold.

Avon vp2 and you can get a set for £170 got around 4000miles out of the rear, got a set of BT003 to go on now so I can compare but I was extremely happy with the vp2 and would happily use them again.

Supercorsa's or the new Dunlops. Metzeler Interacts are good too. I got 5000 miles out of a rear Supercorsa on the SV.

Pirelli Supercorsas, £30 quid off ebay mid month (scrubs) i think typical mileage is 1200 miles.

Sportsmarts if your needing something with a bit of damp/ wet grip

I tried earlier one, viper sport, and was not keen. Not often I don't like anything about a tyre.

No idea how! Mine seem to last about 1000-1200.

Woa that's some low mileage. When I used to work in Cambridge I was doing over 2500 miles a month. I've got perelli Diablo something or other on mine a the moment. The rear is a bit square at the moment but still got some life left. I want to wrap the bike in Avon Viper Sport 2's next. Only beacuase there recomended by JHS in Bristol and I don't know to much about tyres yet.

Anyone got any idea of mileage with either the VP2 Sports or the Supersports?

I had viper sports on the VRaptor when I got it, they're ok. I still have the front one on it, have a storm ultra on the rear.
Although the rear sticks like glue in the wet, the front ain't too bad considering what folk say about them. I get told so much about how poo the VPs are, and should have XYZ on my bike instead.

maybe its just I'm a riding god and can perform well on whatever tyre I've got underneath me, wet or dry

I think Barwel is turning into a southern poofta shandy drinker now he has a car Dry tyres indeed!
