I have a Panasonic HD camcorder thingy for family films and although I have fially figured out how to transfer the videos to my PC I seem unable to wath any of them. The files are MTS and their properties state that they should open with Windows Media...which I have. I have tried linking the folders where the video files are but the windows media wotsit doesn't seem to be able to find the blasted things. I have Vista. My videos are located within an external drive (My Passport) which is plugged in and definetly seen by my PC.
I can only seem to view the the films if I have the camcorder (with the videos on) connected to the PC which frankly is a load of old pants...so what am I doing wrong? Miffed of plymouth.
