Default Covering tank damage?

I recently brought a SV. However the tank has a 4-5cm long and 1 cm wide stratch which is down to the raw metal.

I got told i could get some kinda tank knee pads but i cant find any for the life of me to cover up this damage on a clean bike.

Anyone got any idea's? or something on the forum I have missed?

Sounds like you're looking for black "Stomp Grips" or similar.

Same thing, different brand: http://www.techspec-usa.com/

Some people even make their own (loads cheaper) if you're into that kind of thing.
