Just got an Ebay Abba stand for my SV. Works really well but if anyone could email me the instructions, just in case, I would be grateful.
I'm not sure of how tight you need to turn the top tee handle, tight or very tight? Cheers |

When adjusting the basic width ENSURE the lower "handwheel" is tight otherwise the when tightening the "T-BAR" the arms will spread.

Paddock stand is now dismantled and in the loft (ebay soon!). Abba much easier.
Think I have been over-tightening as I've been going until it needs two hands to turn, so now it's take up play, then plus 1 turn. Probably about 5 turns after touching. Guess it's not too critical in any case. Bottom hand wheel noted. |

put the handle half on then put the other half on snug to the spindle tighten up the big plastic nut then turn the t handle till its hand tight. it does not have to be 'wrench' tight. this is what i do and to date the bike has never fallen of the stand.
