Westminster parking - bag o sh1te
 got me a lickle ticket , thing was, my phone didnt work , i had £1 in my pocket , but as the [phone was flat , i had no option but to walk away, there being no physical means to pay ...seems like a reasonable excuse ....???   lets hear why it wont work....

you prolly didnt HAVE TIME TO Pay dude, how many people have the 15 mins and more it can take to go thru all that everyu time , last time i got cut off at the moment of being put thru to a living person ( least i think thats what it was
 )

Good luck Pete! There standard response will be... " it is the drivers responsibility to ensure they have adequate funds or means of payment before parking in a space" etc etc.
