Talking New on here

well its a bit late but since i'm supposed to pick up a brother from a party at 3 tonight i've been surfin these forums and thought i'd take a moment to say hi and introduce myself
bought myself a great 02 curvy with a lower fairing, only had 6500 miles on the clock! very excited and have been cleaning it up for the last week, also installed myself the 33bhp restrictor for when i can ride it (chuffed to bits as it saved me about 200 squids!)
sadly i wont be riding my new toy for another few months due to ludicrous insurance. have been given a lowest offer of £900 for third party fire n theft so having to wait till april when i get more years no claims on my 125. did annoy me even more when my dad received a quote on the same bike for wait for it.... £54!!!! guess thats age.
anyway i live just outside kingston upon thames
i'm 19 and currently at uni in loughborough where i plan on taking the bike once insured, will definately be eager to get out on some rides when the insurance is sorted though and have got the old man to take me for a ride on the back this friday, anyone know any good routes down to the coast maybe?
hopefully will hear more and see some of you in the new year when the weather picks up
(pictures to come once i work out how to put them up)

Welcome neighbour! If you're ever free at all during the week and I'm not on shift we'll have to go for a bimble!
