A 12 month warning!

Had a brief conversation with DavePreston about this on the phone the other day.

Yes it looks like i'm finally coming back to the lovely UK after all my whinging about this "Rock with a load of pi**heads clinging to it". Me and DonnyBird will be ruininig the party with our presence... your 12 month warning has begun! Stoke here we come in 1 year! If anyone knows anything or anyone in the driving industry, i.e. bus companies, coaches, class 2 wagons.... let me know! Cya all soon x.

Check out your license entitlement------I am not being funny but as the I.O.M. is not an EU member I as an employer of drivers have had a problem with insurance which meant the party in question had to have all his entitlements changed over to a UK License.This was quite a few years ago and may be changed by now but just making you aware in advance.

Busses in Stoke are all Arriva and there's a reasonable sized coach firm in Stafford called Leons if that helps.

Yeh i know that my car/bike carry over no problem, i have thought about looking into the HGV just to be clear however. Your quite right and i even pulled out my lisence at work as we we're dicussing the whole eu/european thing. I will get onto it.

I have a couple of leads of driving jobs through family etc.... i thought it was FirstOne or w/e the hell they're called that did Stokes busses?

Thanks for that, i assume the IQ comment was regarding Rach. I'll pass that on :P. . Yeh her sister/boyfriend live there and we all get on very well (went there straight from AR gone). Think we're looking to house rent/share a 4-5 bed house in the area. Will work out good for finances for the forseeable future and seen we all get on so well....

Up here they're just called first .dunno about stoke. you could also look at logistics /driver jobs for non transport companies. I.e. office supply a businesses etc.
