Default I'm starting to love Chrome

No not the bike/car kind, the Google kind.
I've started to make the switch recently, Firefox was my weapon of choice previously but it started to go buggy a couple of versions ago (it may well have been down to my system) so I used chrome for a little while, complained bitterly about the lack of adblock but made do with my polluted web experience.
When I found the chrome web store with adblock plus I was overjoyed yay!
Maybe I can make this browser work after all...

I also really like the pinned tab I have for tweetdeck, combining a decent twitter interface into my browser is really handy I find.

The last nagging "omission" (from my point of view) was the live bookmarks that firefox offers. For the unfamiliar, these are where you bookmark a feed rather than a website, so you open the bookmark as a folder by hovering over and can see all the latest information from the site without having to go there, you can then select the bits that are of interest to you.

I use these quite a lot with engadget and hotukdeals but I've just found a plugin for chrome that replicates the firefox feature and check it out now, I've got "the Org" on tap!

PS sorry about the size of the screenshot, I wanted it to still be legible though. I cut off 2/3rds of the width of my desktop already

I have the USB version installed on my dongle so I can use it at work. Despite BBC iPlayer and youtube being banned on the company IE, it works via this method

Not much use for me until they sort out the cookies. The lack of a bookmark menu is annoying too

Book marks work fine ?
It's just a little different from FireFox .its on the right .with a bar for important places like the org on top.

I recently switched and I'm constantly bugged by "Plug-in required" and then the plug in not installing on what seems like virtually every site. I still have no idea what this plug in is and going to the "problems installing?" link is fruitless.

Yep, liking it more & more

I like the way I can load a foreign news article & it'll automatically detect the language and translate it into understandable english, translations are better than Altavista - babelfish & Google translate

That will be the Skype plug in causing those issues. Get rid of Skype as a plug in and that problem goes away.

I like it cause I can set it up with the extensions I like and get them installed automatically on any new install of it once I sync

I love Chrome, been using it for a while now. Much quicker than Firefox, and my cloud sync means that I have all my bookmarks etc across all my computers
