Can someone tell me if the water pump bearing housing on a K1 is the same as the X-Y the parts look very similar, the K1 has 19F1 on it and the others have 19F0.

I don't think so, no. I seem to recall the later pump has two bearings, thus I suspect the register in which they fit would be different. The pump internals are different and I think the bearings are too, although from memory they are the same OD.
