2001 GSX-R600-May Time Sale

I know this is early but i need to know if there is interest.

In May as a B-day present to myself i am looking to upgrade to a 750 and so will be selling the bike below

I'm looking for £1200 which i feel is a fair price.

Now as i am honest here is the low down.

Pros
Engine, never had a problem with the engine
Good fun to ride
New rubber just been put on
Not been totally ragged
New generator after old one blew but it was 10 years old

Cons
Crack in rear fairing
The electrics is done dodgy(someone with more mechanical knowledge can fix it easily but alas i know only a little)

Apart from the electrics like indicators sometimes not working and the one generator blowing problem, she has actually been reliable. Would make a good project bike or track bike.

The catch
I actually like this bike and want to see her go to a good home and restored to her formy glory, if you want to buy her to red line and wheelie everywhere i'd rather you go elsewhere.

Ah mate haven't seen you or rather your bike on the road for ages! 750 is a good choice! Have you ridden one?

a 750 .. joining the ranks of the happy few ...just to put my hat in the ring , take a z750 out for a play , i can promise you ,you won t regret it ... can you tell i just got one ..lol

I ride to work daily on my current bike, so at least 5 days a week. Up for some rides in summer?

i did look at the Z750, but for my riding style it not quite right but they did look very fun.

most fun i ve had on 2 wheels for a while , and being an old git i ve had one or two bikes ...zxr750 , speed triple zzr600, and the mighty sv ....but the z750 is quick , and got a nice riding position . especially if you re a short **** like me ...lol

Yep used to see you heading into work early sometimes and occasionally in the afternoon! Changed my route now so haven't seen the bike for a while! Why wait till summer for a rideout....perfect weather for it right now

whats the millage ect.

Mileage is currently sat around 20K but will be higher by time of sale due to use. For her age the engine is in great condition, never given me a problem.

Time frames have moved forward, i am thinking of selling this this month now.

Any interest, i am free for viewings at weekends.

How many owners? How much tax/mot has it got?
