Ok well I need to change my fork seals. I have already bought my fork seals and dust boots.( all balls brand). Now I need to know how much oil to put in each fork leg....... I weigh 220lbs fully geared up.

500ml per leg will be enough for any SV650 fork. Depending on the springs and use you may our may not want a thicker oil than the standard 10w

Do not go by a volume. You should be setting a consistent air gap.

General first start appears to be about 125mm. although I seem to recall the Haynes manual recommendations for curvys being 104mm or there abouts and 114mm for k2 with factory soggy springs. Never owning a fugly pointy thing, you need to do some research of the appropriate gap.

But whilst you got the things stripped, you weigh far more than the rice eating jap. so change your springs to something more appropriate.
