When you've found out, come round and adjust mine, it's abysmal.

Yes they can. I did mine a while back.
The 2 holes in the "dashbord" which seem to be there for no reason are access holes for the light adgustment.
Take the small covers off the side so you can see behind the headlight.
Put crosshead screwwdriver through the small holes and locate the screw head by looking through where you have just taken the covers off.
Turn the screwdriver to adjust the beam up ur down.

As a guide, I put my bike front wheel against the wall, put a block under the stand to get it vertical. Then, using the line of the bricks as a guide, adjusted the lights equally.

At the moment, mine are set so that when following a car they are just under the drivers rear window so I don't dazzle them too much. It probably dazzles through the side mirrors but thats a price to pay for me having better vision in the dark.

Yes, pull off the H4 connector and do them one at a time so you can see the beam for each one. There is an adjuster for left/right and up/down for each one. The online K3 manual has the details.
