Default Metallica Black Album Live...

Yup, it appears to be the full thing, right here...

Now, you'll have to excuse me whilst I go and have a little moment to myself, and cope with a rather large moisty.

Tbh, probably as much of them being a band from my youth as much as anything you know. I literally grew up listening to Metallica, G'n'R and co.

If nothing else I'm sure as hell glad it's not the Flo Rida & other such w@nk that today's yoof have to put up with.

..And Justice For All Tour! Hey I was there too!

Except it was 88/89. And in Edinburgh. At the Playhoose! They swung one of the lighting rigs as a joke.

Danzig supported. Awesome chanter. But hardly anybody watched. Chuck Biscuits (not dead) destroying snare skins every other song. Big hitting legend.

Its Master Of Puppets for me or the Garage Days stuff that I still listen to. Went over to Dublin to see them a coupla years ago and Lars screwed up "One" . Good gig apart. Brilliant pyro.

god how i miss the playhoose. one of the very best venues in scotland as far as i'm concerned.

Some might not agree, but I always loved the S&M album, mixing metal with orchestra is a preference of mine.

didn't 'get' Metallica at the time. A bit too heavy for me, I was a bit of a hair guitar fan tbh. They were on the bill at Donnington '91 supporting AC/DC and I don't remember much about it. Only recently bought the Black album and absolutely love it this time round.

Only seen them twice, And Justice and the last tour.

Probably made a better go of it on that later tour cos it was pish when I saw it on And Justice. A few sparks, a bit of scaffold with a few lights. Remember it cos we had been spoilt seeing Dio/Cooper/Maiden stage shows.

hahahahaaaaa i was at those gigs to. Dio (playhoos) was fantastic as they played a lot of the Rainbow stuff. Maiden (SECC) was crap and i walked out 3/4 of the way threw. Cooper (Playhoos) was as usual assume if i remember that gig was the one with the guillotine as i have seen him a few times in my youf.
