Default My new SV650 :D

Hi guys, been umming and arring about this for ages then finally went out today and bought one.

Originally i had a budget of 1-2k, i then saw this bike and spent £2.9k on it :/.

Its an 09 plate with 27k on it, got a different exhaust to standard and also the rear seat thing . Also comes with an alarm, which i definitely wanted!

Picking it up on Thursday i hope....Excited!!!

Now time for the pics, also what mods can i do??

Welcome Dave. I know Wercester from my uni days, a long time ago though. Is Images still going strong?

I'm in mourning
They used to charge £1 for any drink, free entry for nus card holders on a Thursday, and put up with us on rugby nights out. The down side was the fact you got stuck to the carpet and floor wherever you went, and there was at one guy in there who had his whole face tattooed. He did end up with a lot of space around him even on the busiest nights. Tramps was the upmarket option

you could ditch the fast bike decal for a start....., but it looks like the previous owned has done most of the cosmetics (although I'm not a fan of stubbied cans), has the suspension been played with at all ? apart from that just spend your money on petrol for now and ride the thing.

Cheers Mark.

well given the bike has 27k on it unless the rear shock has been changed it's going to be at best "tired" and the front could probably do with at least new oil and springs (if it has OEM ones in), but ride it and see, have you much experience with bikes or is this your first ?
