Motorcycle maintenance course in London? - SV650.org

Hi

Looking for a beginners' evening course in central or south east London starting in the next few months.

Grateful for any recommendations.

I friend done the basic motorcycle maintenance course at Merton collage a few years ago; it was only "self maintenance stuff", but useful and I was impressed by the systematic approach he learn there, I've no idea what they currently run or when, but worth a look I'd guess Merton Collage.

Merton is a bit out of the way for me (but there is an entry level course in September if it suits anyone else).

Hackney's next entry level course is not until January 2013 (their current one started on 25 April so missed that).

just searched google for motorcycle mechanic course in london on Google

I did the intermediate course and maybe I'm a bit above that level but it was a good laugh and the guy knows his textbook stuff

Hi Zombie, pm Winder. He did one in Morden I think it was. There is a thread on the forum by him somewhere.

thanks, already looked into that one (see above), but have found the thread by Winder and good to know he found it worthwhile.

I think I see someone mention in Sydenham about a year or so ago. College on Woesley Bridge Road IIRC.

Theres an evening course (one night) at the OMC in clapham.

Are you looking at a one day crash course or a lengthy course?
