Red face A lesson in target fixation / I need a new top fairing / Hello

Hello all.

First post since registering 14 months ago, that's got to be a record of some sort!

I was recently in a low speed spill that led to a broken top fairing. Now my Estelle looks like a bust up model in high heels that tumbled down the Spanish steps.

The top fairing is broken along with some other little bits, but my main concern is the fairing. The problem is that I have a red pointy SV, and the only fairings I have come across are either blue or black. Does anyone know where I can get red pointy top fairings cheaply? I've seen people sell top fairings on here for £80-£120 so I don't mind anything around that price, but none that were red.

I've seen videos of people being able to mend broken ABS plastic parts, but mine is in quite a bad shape. Beyond repair I think.

I was hoping for a more cheerful first post, but oh well.

Thanks for any help!

I'm pretty sure i can repair that mate for you, are all the bits there? It doesnt matter if tiny bits are missing as long as the main large pieces are there

Everything is there. No chunks missing as far as I can tell, apart from the tiny bolt tab in the last photo. As you can tell, the fairing itself is in two pieces at the moment with the right hand side bit that wraps around breaking off. But, no, that's isn't anything missing.

I didn't pay attention to your sig at first. My first choice would be getting it repaired, but I didn't think I could manage it myself, but if I can get it done, then that's still better than having to fork out for a new one. Could you PM me a quote for this? Do you need more photos and/or video of it?
