Dawned on me that I haven't really visited this site since selling my SV in January, not that I was a very active poster but it's always nice to visit :P.
This is what I moved onto in January. ![]() 2009 Triumph Street Triple - What I've added onto it so far: Arrow slip on exhausts MWR HE air filter Translogic quickshifter TRW Rearsets Short Levers Bridgestone S20's R&G Taily Tidy R&D Crash Bungs R&G RHS Engine slider -1/+1 520 Gearing (Tsubaki chain + Renthal UL Sprockets) Solo Seat cowl All the triumph accessory body work (Bellypan, Headlight cowl and colour matched side panels) Now the bug for a Daytona has bitten in... at least most the parts I've put on this are a straight fit onto one haha. Will try to keep active more on here as I did enjoy my SV and it is nice to see them ![]() |

Great looking bike!
And no reason not to visit more often. Nearly as many Truimph owners here as there are SV's.

Lovely looking bike! Having not ever sat on one, size wise, is it bigger than a pointy?

The Daytona is a fair amount higher. I could flat foot my pointy but the Daytona I can only flat foot one foot. Feels noticeably taller as well.
Also, it feels thinner which is no surprise since the Daytona seems to be one of the skinniest 600 sports bikes. Last edited by Felix_; 03-08-12 at 09:06 AM. |

That is an awesome colour, seen one in my local trumpet dealer a couple of years ago and thought it was amazing, I even considered a 'tona based on this colour, sadly they are too small for me.
Enjoy ![]() |
