SV650.org - SV650 & Gladius 650 Forum

Idle Banter For non SV and non bike related chat (and the odd bit of humour - but if any post isn't suitable it'll get deleted real quick).
There's also a "U" rating so please respect this. Newbies can also say "hello" here too.

Default Thankfully, SV650.org isn't like this.

- but it's painfully true when it comes to most car-related forums.

Seen that exact conversation on a forum for old VWs (got a 69 Beetle) - numerous blokes post perfectly fair technical questions after having no joy with the search facility, and get told where to go.

Then a young girl comes along and says 'Pls help! Bought a an old beetle and it's well weird - there's not even an engine under the bonnet!' and a dozen members jump to her aid offering to come round and have a look.

Bike forums don't seem to have that and are very gentle with noobs - wonder why?

LOL - type 'forum' into the search facility on the top left and it'll be the first thing to come up.

Women need more reassurance when entering a male dominated world. That's the only reason mate. You're so cynical! It's not like men all have little internet fantasies about them being super hot and us getting lucky with them is it? We're not that weak and shallow! *fap fap fap*
