That just reeks of a set up. The Muslims have no reason to do this to Buddhists. Buddhists certainly wouldn't draw attention by such an action.

I was thinking that too. Buddhists are a very peaceful religion, like you say I can;t see them drawing attention like this.

It's just a bunch of looting criminals who happen to be Muslim. One such criminal probably stated the reason was this book burning, as he tried to justify why he was in possession of a bunch of valuable Buddhist sculptures.

Sometimes the old "Eye for an eye" is more appropiate than turning the other cheek.

The Middle East has a different mind set than us and but if they followed their religion this would not be happening-----BUT,if they continue like this who knows what the outcome will be..

It is only those who follow a religion from the same book, that squabble over which pages are the real ones to adopt who are the problem.

When they finally get it into their thick heads its all the flippin same, and it was born at the same time, by the same group of people, they will suddenly realise its too late to make peace.
