Things for my K3 SV1000s

Bike arrives on Friday (Yay!!) and I am after a few things for it.

1. Fender extender - doesn't have one fitted and with the motorway miles I'll be doing I think I'd better get one

2. Disc lock - will be parking on the streets of Edinburgh so while I'll have it chained up I like the deterrent of a disc lock too

3. Tail pack - still umming and ahhing about this. Saw this on eBay http://bit.ly/UYAA4c which looks the part and will hold my bits and bobs for the commute but if anybody has one knocking about on the cheap then I could try that first and see whether I even use it

I'm also going to be after some lowers once I find out the colour code - I think it might be candy grand blue but not sure yet. Will pointy lowers fit a thou or will I need specific ones?

Sv650 lowers will not fit an sv1000, unless you want to attack them with a dremel

Cheers for that mattSV. I contacted Pyramid Plastics as they have lowers for the thou on eBay as well as a cowel and and have Best Offer on them both. I emailed and asked if they could do me a deal and they came back with a number to call them on so I might just do that and save myself the hassle. Rear seat cowel may well not be a goer if I stick with a tail pack but I'd like to have a look. Had a cowel on my 650 and I think it made the back end look great. My thou has a lovely tail tidy so I think it would look even betterer!
