Hmm. Pedrosa loses traction control and instantly highsides.

Eh?

Marquez again is just a legend....already. he not only got the goods but also plenty of them.
He could be the Goat very soon.

I think the commentators might have been right, if Marquez clipped his wheel speed sensor and Pedrosa gave it the beans out of the bend, instant highside.

I don't think he is a legend, yet. It's his 1st season and his style is completely different to that of anyone else. How he is riding and what he is doing is alien to the current seasoned riders. He's doing so well as they are expecting the norm and getting something completely different. It is good to see it shaken up and watching the riders adapt and even take on some of the technique. Come next season I don't think he'll have it 'as easy'.
IMO Jorge is still the most consistent rider. I would like to know how he would be doing if it wasn't for the collar bone incident & missing a race (same as Pedrosa)

Marquez, or his bike, contact the back of Pedrosa's bike and breaks the wire from the rear wheel speed sensor. Given that HRC have chosen, unlike many other teams in WSB and MotoGP, to use a single speed sensor on each wheel this wipes out the TC and the next time Pedrosa opens the throttle (or even during the engine braking into the corner) the back end spins/locks up and he lowsides...

Shows how dependent electronics are in motogp. I bet Honda armour plate the cable next time.

Pedrosa is unlucky. And u cant do much about that.

But thing about Marquez as he has the skills but also the aggression and sheer fear factor. Lorenzo let him pass because its easier than getting knocked off! He has the skills of Stoner and the sheer lunacy of Simoncelli. Lorenzo and Pedrosa are never up for a dogfight and this is where Marquez excels and will always give him an edge.

I wouldn't say Pedrosa isn't up for a dog fight. He was pushing behind Marquez pretty hard...

Pedrosa I have watched for a long time..He isnt a crazy like Marquez and he doesnt mind 2nd. Marquez will happily run you over for 1st. Also Pedrosa injures like glass and I am glad he got away from this unscathed as it could have been very nasty.

Pedrosa will ride for Honda next year but Marquez will only get better and he seems to bounce well and have plenty of luck. I will say that Marquez is the perfect motorcycle racer who has all the goods. Only weakness is that he is too aggressive but he is getting away with it.

For once I felt sorry for Pedrosa, another dose of bad luck! He was pushing pretty hard and if he hadn't of crashed I'm sure he could have gotten past Lorenzo too.

I found Lorenzo letting him by rather strange - almost that he gave up as well.
