EDIT: It is! I'd forgotten just how horrific the final segment is.

Oh man, we watched that a few years ago and laughed like drains, it just keeps getting worse and worse, especially the very end when the guy who had his hands torn off by the engine is now reduced to using his new hook-hands to count out nuts and bolts, and the old guy who got cut in half by the sheet metal just got left there in the middle of the warehouse.

The video is epic! Lift truck fork should be used carefully and maneuvered with care, otherwise the guy with the hook-hand can become a reality! Thanks for sharing the video.
