I need a translation from Parcel Force to English if anyone can decipher it.
It doesn't correspond to any local Post Office I can think of

You wanna read some doctors notes!! We have our son in hospital a lot and doctors are so bad for it. Completely illegible and this was referring to care of a life threatening condition! Even the nurses were baffled!! Was so angry and wanted to punch the f**ker!
When I'm king of the world any doctors that write illegibly will be struck off!!
