Hi All,
I'm after a little info as i'm looking to change the rear wheel on the SV to one from a bandit 1200. Now i've been reading up on a few things regarding this and other than the obvious spacer and caliper shaving i read something about having to have a specialist rear sprocket made up, basically a bandit 1200 rear sprocket in 525 pitch as the B12 chain is 532. Heres my question is anyone knows. Would it be possible to put a B12 front sprocket and rear sprocket on the SV and run the B12 532 chain? Would there be any implications? How much difference would there be from running a 525 to a 532 chain? The reason i ask is that having to have a specialist rear sprocket made up everytime you change your chain and sprockets would be a ball ache. Any info on this would be great. Thanks, |
