Its a story that seems to surface every year. Its a really good piece by the late Kevin Ash.
MCN ran the study around the same time as the Telegraph, but using figures on Pollution reduction and fuel savings in the M25 ring

I haven't seen anything like this before.
But as a side note, it's good that it's not MCN, people are less likely to think it's biased etc. independent and likely to reach a wide audience.
