Default Hello

Hello all,

Just joined the forum after buying a slightly battered SK3. Took it out for the first ride today after a quick fluid and filter change and doing the valve clearances. All seems good apart from fast idle not working so will have a crack at the throttle balance, tps and fast idle adjustment to sort that. Found some good info on here to point me in the right direction on the adjustments so hopefully it will go smoothly.

I've been bikeless for 2 years and wanted something cheap to sit in the garage, ride to work occasionally and do the odd track day on. It's not the prettiest but seems like a good buy for a grand.

So time to book a trackday...

Jon

Hello from Sunny Weston Super Mud.

If you want somewhere nice to go in the summer, don't forget that we have Weston Bike Night starting around May until October. It is a pound per bike and all the money raised goes to the British Legion.

Have fun and enjoy your ride.

Default Hello

Another hello from Bristol. Weston bike night is a good meet and there's normally a few small groups that head down there from our area.

Post up if you are heading over to Weston and I'll try to join you, it would be good to get out on a social ride every now and then.
