Curvy possible charging problem?

So about a month ago my curvy 2000 had a charging problem. It wouldnt start, just clicked but wouldnt crank, to cut a long story short it was diagnosed and fixed by my local bike garage as a dodgy R/R (i even put a new, fully charged, battery in for good measure).

i got the bike back about a week ago, have ridden it twice and have noticed that at idle, when i turn the small pilot light on (from off) and then turn the full lights on, the neutral light dims...

am i being paranoid over something quite normal or is the bike still not fixed??

i should note that today is when i noticed this, after riding it 5 mins to the shops when i started it up again in the car park (always start the bike with the lights off just for good measure)
