Default Textile Jacket advice

Hey guys and gals.
I'm on the market for a sub £200 waterproof (ha ha) textile jacket. Having worn my two year old Richa out (I wear it every day, so it hasn't done badly) the time has come to find a new one.

Any ideas? Needs back protector, actually keep the rain out, outer pockets and be lined so it can be worn in all seasons.

I gave up trying to find a year round jacket that was properly waterproof, etc and went for an overjacket. Packs up quite small, is totally waterproof and can be put on over your gloves so no water running down through the cuff http://www.msgbikegear.co.uk/product...e-jacket-black
Size-wise I went for the next size up from my regular jacket, works well for me.

My Halvarssons stuff is good, there's a clothing outfit near me who do clearance of last years stock - Raceleathers.co.uk they don't list them on the website, but I'm sure if yiou know your size you could phone them and see what they have.

Some, perhaps. I still say the best thing they did was the safety suit with the summer and winter interchangeable outers. But a tad more than £200 unfortunately

I can tell you what not to get. I have a Wolf titanium jacket and it's about as waterproof as a tea strainer. Then on the odd occasion the sun does some out you'll boil. Even with all the vents open. It is warm in the winter though. As long as it's dry.
