Default Life Is

sitting outside in the sun, drinking copious amounts of beer and eating a nice home made curry.

It is, but I'd kill for a Chinese takeaway right now. Singapore chow mein FTW, and a veritable ****load of hot starters

I've discovered a number of homemade curries during lockdown, having a bit more time to experiment. Butter Chicken, Katsu Curry and tonight I'm having a go at Aloo Gobi. Next week Aloo Gohst. My naans have improved a lot too.

If the wife was feeling curry it would be a spinach and chickpea with Brown basmati rice and fresh flatbread.

bahahahahaaaa. this turned into a curry recipe thread.

the idea was to tell the simple things in life at the moment e.g. 'life is' taking the kids out for a walk and then having a family meal.. you get the idea. things that make you think this is what life is all about, those little moments that make it all worthwhile, especially with what is going on in the world.
