Default Hi everyone!

I got a nice new Blue K4 S with full fairing extentions on wed. Marvelous, but am haveing trouble holding back while running in this wonderfull machine (resist resist).

Anyway, would like to know if when removing the monstrosity of a numberplate/ indicator item, it leaves a big hole under the seat. I am going to manufacture my own replacement as am in the engineering trade, and need to know if i need to buy an under seat tray.
Many thanks in advance.

The only real problem with the hamicad is you're left with a loose fusebox and tank prop, otherwise a fantastic product.

I will be making my own numberplate/indicator bracket, and was more concerned weather i would need an under tray as well?

you should not need an undertray

removal of the stock item gives you some fillets underneath to manufacture a cover for as it detaches from the existing undertray leaving a < shape at the rear which is see through to your underseat.

the hamicad for the money really is a good buy.

i tried to fit my hamicad the other day as it goes. i fell at the first hurdle of not being able to undo the first 2 screws under the rear seat! i got one done but the 2nd was just impossible. I stopped short of destroying the screw so ic an wait for someone with the right kit can do it.

any suggestions? my right wrist should be pretty strong.....
